You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, or via our contact form. We will arrange a viewing appointment as soon as possible.
2. Free on-site viewing
We will take a look at the premises at our leisure, usually documenting the condition on video and discussing your wishes – without obligation and free of charge.
3. Fixed price offer
You will receive a written offer at a fixed price. No hidden costs, no surprises on the bill.
4. Execution on the agreed date
Our team will clear your premises thoroughly, carefully and discreetly – as quickly as possible, as carefully as necessary.
5. Handover in a broom-clean condition
Once completed, we will hand over the premises swept clean. Upon request, we can also remove stubborn, unpleasant odors completely and reliably with our professional ozone cleaner. You will receive the invoice afterwards via email or WhatsApp.
Frequently asked questions about decluttering
How much does a house clearance cost?
The cost depends on the size, condition, and complexity of the clearance. After a free on-site inspection, we will provide you with a binding fixed-price quote – with no hidden additional costs.
Do I need to be personally present during the decluttering process?
No. We will handle the clearing ourselves. We only need access to the premises for the duration of the work.
What happens to items that are still usable?
We reuse well-preserved furniture, electrical appliances and household items whenever possible, instead of disposing of them.
Can you complete the eviction by a specific date?
Yes, upon request we will clear out the apartment by a deadline specified by you – for example, for the handover of the apartment to the landlord or new tenant.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We will do our best to arrange a viewing appointment as soon as possible, followed by a prompt start date for the work. Please contact us directly if you have an urgent need.
In what condition will you hand over the rooms?
After clearing out the rooms, we will hand them over to you swept clean.
What is the difference between decluttering and clearing out a household?
During a decluttering service, we dispose of unwanted items from apartments, basements, or gardens. In a complete household clearance, the entire property is completely cleared out and handed over empty.
