How an estate clearance works with us

1. Free on-site inspection: We look at the premises on site and discuss with you what needs to be cleared.
2. Fixed-price quote: You receive a transparent fixed-price quote – with no hidden costs.
3. Your wishes: Let us know in advance which items you would like to keep. We clear everything else.
4. Clearance and disposal: We clear the entire flat or house, including cellar and attic, and take care of proper disposal and recycling.
5. Broom-clean handover: Finally, we hand over the premises broom-clean – ready to be returned to the landlord or for the sale of the property.

 

How much does an estate clearance cost?

The cost depends mainly on the size of the flat or house, the amount of furniture and household items, and the floor level and accessibility. That is why we give you a binding fixed price after the free inspection. This way you know where you stand from the start – with no surprises on the invoice.

 

Especially for estate administrators

To ensure you remain financially flexible in complex estate cases – such as the sale of a property – we grant you a payment term of up to 365 days.

As a non-binding introduction, we offer you a free introductory package worth 250 euros net: we dispose of perishable food from the estate (up to 1,200 litres) so that you can fully concentrate on your actual tasks.

This allows you to test our services easily and without risk. You can also use the introductory package independently – and if we carry out a clearance for you later, we will of course credit the amount.
